I understand this is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually to my card on file until I cancel. I am enrolling for an initial 12-month term; after that, my membership continues month-to-month and I can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice (annual prepay refunds are prorated after the second visit). Visits are preventive maintenance and inspection by a licensed general contractor — not emergency service and not a warranty. If my home is outside the founding service zones, Revival & Ember will contact me within one business day and refund me in full if we can't serve my area.
